First off I am NOT and electrician
I'd normally just label all the wires and use a junction box in the ceiling to recreate the same set up but think you might need an electrician to sort out whats what. I'd be concerned why you've got a yellow wire there ?

First step buy some connector strip and replace the existing with four connectors instead of three leaving one with no lamp wires.

Fit the two centre red wires into the extra terminal.

I will guess it also feeds a fan or similar! Is it in a bathroom? So both red and yellow go to brown on new lamp and all blues together.

I will guess there is a cable with red, yellow, blue going to a fan the fan has a permanent line which is the centre wires to keep fan running after lights have been switched off for set time.
