It would in fact be interesting to see how regulations change country to country.
I have lived in the Falklands and I wish the UK would follow their lead. They had a very down to earth approach like drink and driving ban was all but Monday to Friday while driving vehicles at work so it stopped pleasure but did not stop the guy working.
I am an electrician and the physics are the same world wide but not the rules.
