Hi

Yesterday I had had part of my room wallpapered. This morning some drops have no bubbles in, and others have lots of bubbles in. How long do you give it before it has totally dried out and you know whether or not it will self rectify ?

If it doesn't, do you have to strip it all off and start again, or can you get just the drops off that bad ?

Any tips please
Kath

Bubbles are usually there because you have hung the paper too soon after pasting. Some papers will say how long to wait. If not, leave thin papers for 3 min and thicker ones for 5. If in doubt only hang 1 piece to start with and leave overnight.

You have done it too quick, that's for sure. But I guess you can do something with the existing wallpaper. I read at one place that you can cut the existing bubbles (probably if there is not too many of them) and put a glue in there and then put a small amount of PVA adhesive with a fitch and in the end delicate soften it with a sponge. Does it work? I don't know.
