How Wallrock Thermal Liner can help you keep your home warm and REDUCE your energy bills
At an impressive 3.2 and 4 mm thick Wallrock Thermal Liner and KV600 respectively allow you to insulate your home at a fraction of the price than alternative heat saving methods. It’s a proven DIY application.
It’s proven to reduce room warm uptime by up to 65% which equates to a massive 36% worth of energy saved!
This product offers so much MORE to a home than just a heat saving device!
Sound absorption, mould prevention and a flawless finish are additional benefits you will experience after applying this product to your home.
Walls that have a surface temperature distinctly cooler than the ambient air temperature are typically affected by mould. This is why the problem is often seen on outside walls and close to windows. The warm and moist room air condenses on the cooler areas of the walls and creates condensation. Wallrock Thermal Liner increases the surface temperature of the wall preventing condensation and therefore stops mould from forming.
At 3.2 and 4 mm thick it’s perfect for covering damaged and textured walls and combined with a smooth satin like finish it offers a perfect surface to paint directly onto. However, if you want to create a different finish quickly and easily try using some of our alternative wall coverings on top of the Thermal Liner instead.
How do I make the most out of this product?
To get the best results we recommend you use this product on all suitable surfaces in your home, including ceilings! However, please be mindful of the gravity working against you and the liner when working with it on a ceiling.
The only thing we ask you not to do is apply traditional wallpaper onto the Thermal Liner. This is due to the dimensionally unstable nature of standard wallpapers.
How easy is it to apply?
All you need to do is apply enough Wallrock Thermal Liner Adhesive (4-5kg per roll) on to the wall and apply the liner’s fluffy side to it.
